I am satisfied with the maintenance and repair work done on my truck. My service rep. did not notify me when the truck was ready to be picked up so the next day I called multiple times during the morning and still did not receive a call back. Fed up with the answering machine there at Auto Nation I went online and entered into a "chat" with another person who alerted the customer service team and I then finally received a call-back and text message that my truck was ready to be picked up. Overall a frustrating experience which was the first time since I started bringing my truck in for service several years ago.
